By Stephen H. Gettinger. This 1980 Edgar nominee "is a careful study of eight men on Death Row, the crimes they were accused of, the prosecutions and defenses they received, the kinds of people they are and were," etc. and so on.

The hardcover's in good shape for its age, minimal wear to the jacket (there's a notch at the top, to the left), mild page toning and some cornerwear to the boards. It's also a bit hard to find.
