By Joseph Bosco. You may recall Bosco -- who covered the trial for Penthouse, of all things --sitting near Messrs. Dunne and Toobin in the courtroom, "wearing a brace after he broke his neck diving into the shallow end of a swimming pool." So...the actual problem is perhaps one of common sense? Bosco's dudgeonous thesis, namely that prosecutor Marcia Clark is why Simpson was found not guilty, and that she should be shunned for this outcome, has not worn terribly well.

The hardcover has worn fairly well, however; the jacket has some mild edgewear and a couple of creases, and some rubbing -- but the spine is straight, the pages clean and tight. Likely another OJ book in this lot that was bought with the best intentions, then not read thanks to case fatigue.
