By Judith Reitman. Is the woman who stashed her husband's corpse in their Southampton attic a monster or a victim? Hard to say based on the jacket copy, which is terse; the back, which is blank; and the photos, which are really not shocking at all.
The hardcover's in pretty nice shape, though: some shelfwear and a small rip to the jacket at the top, as shown, but overall fairly neat, as are the pages, although they're toned. A number notation on the flyleaf, and the previous owner's address label (including incongruous kitty) upside-down on the author's-note page. A good reading copy.
