In fact, in some of them Gary Heidnik looks downright normal. Reader, he really really wasn't. And I'm not saying books with this sort of breathless "marketing" are responsible for true-crime's historically trashy reputation, but...
The paperback shows a fair amount of wear: cracked spine with a slight lean; creasing to the front cover; mildly toned pages. A good-enough reading copy, though.
