By Harry N. MacLean. The Edgar-winning story of the citizens of Skidmore, MO finally getting mad as hell at Ken McElroy, and not taking it anymore. A well-written minor classic in the genre.
This library-veteran hardcover isn't in great shape -- a mild spine split early in the book; toned, flecked pages; writing and stamps, as shown; and it leans a bit. But it's serviceable, and you can use it as a doorstop after you're done.
