By John Douglas and Mark Olshaker. One of Douglas's lesser-known (and lesser generally, IMO) works, which might explain why you don't see it that often. And these blurbs taken together are straight-up bizarre: Cornwell and the Eaton (Ohio) Register-Herald? Weird.
A somewhat lumpen paperback, with page toning, staining to edges, and a cracked spine, but the pages are tight, and at this price, it'll get the job done just fine.
