Nick Gugliatto's -- may he rest; he passed earlier this year -- was dreadful, and it's a hell of a story. The best account I've seen is the subchapter in The Cases That Haunt Us...
...but if you go with this hardcover, it's in pretty good shape. The jacket has edgewear and some creasing, and the bottom corners show some hard bumps -- not to mention how violently pink it is -- but the pages inside are clean and tight; I'm not sure this was ever read, just moved around a bunch. Seldom seen generally, but especially in hardback, this is a great reading copy.
