By Paul Holmes. Holmes also wrote The Sheppard Murder Case, but his chronicle of accused murderer/nephew-seducer (!) Candy Mossler sounds like a corker: "violent, coarse-mouthed sexual braggart"s; "every conceivable sex deviation"; "16 pages of sketches of the actual trial"! ...Sketches. Amazing.
This relatively well-kept mid-sixties paperback does have foxing to the spine, somehow, but despite edgewear and page toning, the spine is uncracked. It's a time capsule of tawdriness, and not often seen in the wild.
