By Henry A. Zeiger. "A real-life, tape-recorded trip into the inner counsels of America's #1 Mafia Family. More authentic than The Godfather -- because it's true!" The back cover notes that it "may seem like a novel," but it's non-fiction, based on FBI bugs from, evidently, Jersey social clubs.
It may seem like a crime to charge this much for a paperback whose spine has more than one Scotch-tape repair job...but 1) that spine, while it also leans, is uncracked, and 2) this book is quite rare. This copy has creasing and flaking to the edges, a sticker inside the front cover and a scribble on the flyleaf, and there's the expected page toning with a 1975 book (as well as some water damage to page edges), but this one's tough to find for under a hundred bucks, and it's in good enough shape to read/invest in.
