By Andre Devigny. “An impossible escape fromt eh condemned cell of a Gestapo Fortress — a story as gripping as THE WOODEN HORSE and ESCAPE FROM COLDITZ.” Devigny “and a companion” lammed it from a Nazi-held fortress in Lyons; this is his story. Translated by Peter Green.
This late-fifties PB has some pretty serious page toning, some edgewear at the corners of the covers, and a clip out of the bottom left back cover. Previous owner’s name on the inside of the front cover, but otherwise clean inside AFAICT. In readable shape overall, though.
