By Steven Naifeh and Gregory White Smith. Unusual blurbs for other works notwithstanding -- yes, they're about other books/cases, but it's still quite something to see Phil Donahue and Garrison Keillor on the back of a true-crime tome -- this is a legitimately unsettling cover design for an investigation into southern serial killer Danny Starrett.
This is a hardcover in very nice shape: a couple of bumps to the jacket at the spine, verrrrry mild page toning, but crisp and clean inside, sits straight. Great reading copy.
