By Robert Traver. Traver was the pen name of John D. Voelker, who based the story on a real case (read more here!).
This 1958 5th printing HC is rather well preserved -- no jacket, but only faint wear to the boards; some fading to spine, and a tiny split at the top; what looks like a tape “ghost” on the front, but it’s not sticky. Pages are tanned, but snug and unmarked, no dog-ears. A nice reading copy for a film fan.
