By Gary M. Lavergne. “The True Story of Kenneth Allen McDuff, The Most Notorious Serial Killer in Texas History.” Not entirely sure about that, but the “Parolee in ‘66 / Killer in ‘66 / Parolee in ‘89 / Killer again in ‘92” cover text suggests he’s the most notorious beneficiary of liberal prison ideas of the midcentury than most.
