By Bill Roddick. "Loaded with more sub-plots than a soap opera" -- the back cover of this rarity isn't wrong about the Bembenek case. The book "captures all the trial detail, intrigue, and history" of the Schultz murder and subsequent railroading (IMO) of Bembenek; published in 1990 by a small press, it does include her escape.
The paperback is not in perfect shape -- the binding is coming loose from the cover at the bottom, as shown. But the pages are still snug; there's some toning to the edges, and some minor edgewear from storage, but it's perfectly readable and priced to move.
