By Benjamin C. Bradlee. Perhaps not true crime, but both subject and author were at the center of major cases in respective decades (JFK’s murder; Watergate), so let’s count it.
Not the prettiest hardcover jacket in the world — notches and shelf-/cornerwear; toning; a sticker from a previous shop clinging to the front cover — and the spine leans forward a bit. Clean inside, though, no writing or dog-ears AFAICT. A stated first and a fine reading copy.
