By Francis X. Busch. "An Account of the Trials of" William Haywood, Sacco and Vanzetti, Loeb and Leopold, and Bruno Hauptmann as part of the Notable American Trials series. Busch, "a distinguished trial lawyer," "makes you 'the thirteenth juror'" in four notorious cases.
This HC is a 1952 first edition, with a very faded spine, but the covers are luridly bright, and the jacket is wrapped for protection, though there's the expected corner and shelfwear damage. The pages have some mild wear to the bottom edges, but only light toning, and the order insert for other books in the series is included, as shown. A handsome, square reading copy of a seldom-seen edition.
