By William A. Clark. “A Strange True Tale of Murder.” The "brutal, bizarre" murder of Barbara Ann Butler, by the Dayton Daily News reporter assigned to her case "full time."
A rarity whose cover art is inevitably disturbing regardless of edition, this hardcover is in quite good shape: mild shelfwear to the jacket, but it’s done its job protecting the boards. Verrrrry slight forward lean to the spine, scotch-tape “ghosts” on the flyleaves, but pages are snug and fairly bright, a couple of smudges but no writing or dog-ears. A nice reading copy of a relative rarity.
