"[S]elected and edited from the Warren Commission's Hearings by The New York Times with an introduction by Anthony Lewis." "[T]he testimony of 75 key witnesses to the assassination of President Kennedy and the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald." I would call it a summary, but it's nearly as long as the Report itself (704 pp.) and contains 64 exhibits in addition to the testimonies.
The hardcover first edition looks its age, especially the jacket, which is toned, rubbed, and repaired with tape in multiple places, and a couple of the repairs have given way. The pages are quite toned along the edges, as shown. Inside, though, it's fairly neat: no writing or dog-ears that I could discern. A sturdy enough reading or research copy.
