By William Lynwood Montell. An academic-press “study of violence and death in the State Line Country” along the Kentucky-Tennessee border, based in “vivid oral accounts…recorded from present-day residents” of notorious homicides. (Said “day” is the mid-1980s.)
A nicely-kept PB for its age: some edge- and cornerwear to the covers, but sits straight, bright and unmarked inside. A nice reading or research copy.
