By Sylvia Fraser. It feels almost wrong to classify this as true crime, but it's not as though what happened to Fraser, a well-regarded Canadian journo (Margaret Atwood is the top blurb on the back), wasn't criminal. The book is no doubt difficult going, but the writing shouldn't be; it won the "Canadian Authors Association Literary Award for non-fiction."
The physical book is in fine shape: mild edgewear to the jacket spine, top and bottom; previous owner's inscriptions on the flyleaf. Otherwise, very clean and straight.
