By John L. Smith. From the inside flap: "Steve Wynn has already sued the author of this book and its publisher twice for material that merely describes its contents!" Which, you know, Wynn looooves him a lawsuit, plus this book came out in the mid-'90s, before that series of suits and countersuits about sexual misconduct, extortion, intimidation, etc. But it certainly might explain the "...really, jackass?" expression in Smith's author photo!
This hardcover has some very mild edgewear and very faint page toning, but is otherwise a great reading copy: straight, clean pages.
