By Timothy Sullivan. I'd forgotten Steven Brill had a book imprint; Sullivan was the editor of Manhattan Lawyer and a news editor at "Courtroom Television Network" as well. The book features an overview of sexual-assault law as of the early '90s, how it was used (or misused), and interviews with jurors in the case. A fascinating contemporary look at a case on which received wisdom has changed a great deal.
The hardcover is in good shape: the jacket is white, so there's some visible aging/markings as well as edgewear. The bottom page edges have a remainder mark; other than that, it's very neat and straight, probably never read.
