By Michael Kurland. Kurland is touted as a "noted crime expert," not an attorney (and is probably best known for his Moriarty novels), but he does get access to various real-life case filings to help him make his points. The Lindbergh-case-truther stuff is hard to take, and there's little here you couldn't glean from a handful of Law & Order reruns, but it's a fast, reasonably fun read.

The book itself is in very nice shape, except for the sticker on the front, and a smear of what I think is glue beside that. Little edgewear, clean pages, nice straight spine.
