By Craig Rice. The "Complete and Unabridged" compendium from Rice, best known in her time as the "Dorothy Parker of mystery" but who worked also as a crime reporter.
A visibly aged paperback, printed perhaps slightly off-plumb; edgewear and a cracked spine with a slight lean; page toning, albeit somewhat milder than expected. A relatively sturdy copy for its age, mild old-book smell but on the pleasanter pipe-smoke side. A solid pick-up of a harder-to-find midcentury gem.
