By James Deakin. Millionaire Robert Greenlease's son Bobby was kidnapped by a so-called killer couple in 1953. This is one of those cases that transfixed a nation and then...disappeared, more or less. The author was better known as a political writer who wound up on Nixon's enemies list (I mean, who didn't, but still).
This hardcover first edition seems nearly untouched: mild edgewear and a couple of tiny tears to the jacket, page toning and back-cover toning -- but it's nice and neat inside, just a bit old. A fine reading copy.
