By Mark Pettit. The title of this book on the John Joubert case is properly rendered as "A Need to KILL"; the subtitle, "The chilling true story of a child killer relentlessly driven by a craving for death," is equally subtle; and this cover art/dead-end sign imagery...the designer really went for it, I'll say that.
You should considering going for it with this paperback, which does have some signs of aging -- shelfwear; mild page toning -- but is also nice and straight with an uncracked spine, and for some reason the book's a relative rarity in any edition, so this is a nice price for a pretty good reading copy.
