By Mark Baker. "Author of Nam and Women" is intriguing, as is the blurb from Elmore Leonard. The 1985 pub date means it's unlikely to be critical of its subjects, but it's still an interesting window into how we thought about law enforcement back then, and how they thought about themselves.
The paperback is evidently used: creases and edgewear, a remainder mark, page toning, a cracked spine. The previous owner was perhaps too specific about her deets on the flyleaf. But it'll work as a reading copy.
