By Joe McGinniss. Cruel Doubt is "the D&D one" and I've reread it several times; something about the attorney's investigator calling Chris Pritchard a "silly little son-of-a-bitch" is so satisfying. The bogeyman of Dungeons & Dragons, less so, but...that was the eighties for you.
This appears to be a first, and with the exception of some edgewear, the jacket is in good shape. The book itself is also fine: some page toning, and the early pages show some "spread." A fine reading copy of a minor classic.
