The mag is visibly worn -- edgewear, splits to top and bottom of the spine, and the covers are separating at the bottom, as shown. But inside it's fine, pages are somewhat toned but holding steady. If it's handled reasonably gently, it should be fine...or buy it for the vintage ads and take it apart yourself.
