Compiled by Marc Gerald. Includes pieces from Erle Stanley Gardner, Dashiell Hammett, Harlan Ellison, and others, “from the golden age of pulp magazines.”
A somewhat careworn PB — edge- and cornerwear; spine repaired with tape at the top edge, and a couple of creases to the covers ditto, plus a small tear at the top left of the front cover; some water waviness to early pages — but no dog-ears or writing that I can see. A good-enough reading copy of a solid midcentury compendium.
