By Mary Barelli Gallagher. “Personal Secretary to the First Lady” Gallagher worked for Mr. Kennedy when he was a senator, then later for Jackie Kennedy until 1964. This probably isn’t technically true crime (or very good, if its Wikipedia page is accurate; the ghostwriter was Frances Spatz Leighton, fwiw) but there is an entire section on the assassination and the aftermath.
This 1970 PB is in nice shape for its age: mild shelfwear, page toning, a cracked spine — but clean inside, no writing or dog-ears. A nice pickup.
