By Michele Samit. Not Rabbi Fred Neulander, believe it or not: it's Anita Green, shot by a motorcycle-riding assassin, and the rabbi she loved...and graft, and hitmen.
The hardcover, a library alum, was apparently well loved in Gadsden, AL: the spine tilts, there's a weak hinge in the middle (see pics) and some mild page toning, plus card sleeve, stamps, bookplates from the special collection, etc. and so on. But if you can manage the wear and the semi-tasteless cover design, the price is right.
