By Griffin Dunne. Not all or even mostly true crime, but the author’s father, Dominick, was a premiere columnist in the genre; his aunt and uncle were Joan Didion and John Gregory Dunne; and his sister Dominique was murdered, an event that frames the book in a way.
This hardcover clearly spent some time knocking around in a bookbag, because there’s visible wear to the jacket and some scuffing to the page edges — but it’s clean and un-dog-eared inside. A cromulent reading copy.
