By Edward Keyes. "The terrifyingly true story of the savage co-ed killings -- by the boy who could have lived next door!" ...Not sure what that means; I can tell you the late Keyes, who co-wrote The French Connection, won a fact-crime Edgar for this account of the Ypsilanti Ripper case.
Pity this seldom-seen hardcover isn't in better shape -- no dust jacket, so the boards show rubbing and cornerwear; page toning, and foxing to the edges; a few pages creased and some…mung on the flyleaf (probably because someone read it at the table; been there). But it's a bit hard to find, and this copy, while frumpy, will get the job done.
