By A.M. Rosenthal. Stated first edition. The thinking on this case has evolved quite a bit since this slim hardcover came out in 1964, but it's an interesting time capsule in design as well as case thinking.
It's not in great shape, mind you, at least the jacket -- which as you can see has rips and chips galore, plus rubbing. But the pages are tight and not terribly toned for their age, and this one's not seen very often.
